1.  Sample Reception

• The hours of sample reception in our facilities are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.       

• The samples must be properly labeled with the information necessary for their analysis.  Download the “Analysis Request Form” form our website.

• It is necessary to confirm the information for the issuance of the invoice and an email address.

• Samples shipped to the laboratory must meet the following requirements:

2.  Sample Shipment

• Shipments by Courier (Servientrega, Tramaco, etc.) to the following address:

     AGRARPROJEKT SA, Urb. El Condado Calle V # 941 and Av. A, Tel .:  02 2490 575, Quito - Ecuador.

• Shipments by ground cargo service:  Trans Esmeraldas (Terminal El Condado), Panamericana (Terminal Carcelén), Flor del Valle, etc. addressed to AGRARPROJEKT SA,  city of Quito, contact the laboratory and inform the guide number for the withdrawal of the samples.

3.  Quotations

• Once the sample is received, a quote of the requested analyzes will be sent to the client with the contractual terms and conditions of the service offered.

• The client must confirm the acceptance of the quote sent.

• Once the quote has been accepted, no changes will be allowed in the requested analyzes.

4.  Billing and Payment Method

• Once the quote has been approved by the client, the corresponding electronic invoice will be issued.

• The invoice is required to be paid in full in order to receive the results report. 

• Payment can be made in Cash, Check, Deposit or Bank Transfer to the Checking Account # 0205200253-1 of the Produbanco in the name of AGRARPROJEKT SA RUC: 1791409930001.

5.  Results Reports

• The invoice must be paid in full to receive the results reports. Clients with agreements will maintain the established terms and conditions.

• The results reports will be delivered within 10 business days from the acceptance of the quote. 

• The reports will be sent by email in PDF format.

• Agrarprojekt does not issue fertilization recommendations, in the results report, Agrarprojekt provides you the optimal values for your crop, allowing you to make the best decisions for your crop management

6.  Sample Elimination

• Samples will be stored for 30 days from the date of arrival, after this period they will be eliminated .

7.  Impartiality and Confidentiality

• When the laboratory is required by law or authorized by the contractual provisions to disclose confidential information, the client or the interested person will be notified of the information provided, unless it is prohibited by law.       

• It is Agrarprojekt's policy to ensure the impartiality and confidentiality of the information and results of the analyzes of our clients.  Delivery of results to third parties, only with a written request from the client.

8.  Complaints

• In case of having complaints, you can issue a complaint following the provisions  in the available Complaint Process Diagram

• Agrarprojekt SA reserves the right to change specifications and prices without prior notification.
