Identification and counting of phytophagous and saprophytic nematodes in soil, root and water.

Results report with the phytophagous species identified and their respective control threshold.  Use of modern and sophisticated methods for the extraction of nematodes in soil (“Centrifugal Flotation”) and root (“Hydrogen Peroxide / Water-Extraction-Maceration-Centrifugal Flotation with Kaolin Powder”).
